What to Bring
Please bring your Photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, and any glasses or contact lenses you currently use.
How to Prepare
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to finalize registration. Note that some exams include eye dilation, which may affect your vision for several hours.

2. Testing
Initial assessment including diagnostic imaging and sight measurements.
3. Detailed Exam
A comprehensive clinical evaluation of eye health with Dr. Kim.
4. Consultation
Review of results and discussion of your custom care and health plan.
