Meet Dr. Sung Kim
Board-Certified Optometrist
Dr. Sung Kim, O.D. is a board-certified optometrist specializing in ocular disease and perioperative care. She treats patients with a wide range of eye conditions, including glaucoma, dry eye, and infectious/inflammatory eye disorders. Dr. Kim received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry and completed her undergraduate studies at Loyola University Chicago.
Deeply rooted in the community, Dr. Kim grew up in the north suburbs of Chicago. Her clinical background includes elite training at the University of Chicago Ophthalmology Department and the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. Outside the clinic, she is a devoted mother of three and enjoys traveling and playing golf with her friends and family.
